Sparta was not the cheapest but was very reasonably priced... On the moving day, a crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly until everything was moved in our new location and put in places. We gave our movers tea, snacks throughout the move and, oh boy, they were sincerely happy and in our opinion worked twice as hard.))) They exceeded all our expectations of a moving company. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING AN OFFICE MOVE IN CALGARY

  • Parking: Having an easy access to parking at both pick-up and drop-off locations is very critical. This will help you save on time and moving costs, as the movers will know exactly where to go. Ensure to also obtain any permits necessary for your movers if required by your office building’s management.
  • Height Clearance: Some office buildings in Calgary with loading docks will not fit all sizes of moving trucks. Ensure to check the height restrictions to avoid the last-minute delays due to truck not being able to drive into the loading dock area. This due diligence check will help you avoid unnecessary stress, delays during the move and associated costs.
  • Be Prepared: We’d like to minimize disruption to your office’s operations, and you can help us with that as well! Double check that elevators are reserved for your move (at all locations). Ensure there are clear pathways for your items and the movers to navigate. The better prepared you are, the less time the move will take and the fewer surprises you will have to deal with on the moving day!
  • What To Expect: After our estimator visit, expect receiving a detailed and clear moving quotation via email. Our friendly moving crew will arrive on time and ready to go. Your office items will be disassembled if necessary, adequately protected (e.g., furniture blankets, tape, shrink wrap, cardboard, etc) and carefully loaded into our moving trucks. Every item will be carefully secured inside the truck for safe transportation.
  • Drop-Off: Ensure you have someone present at the drop-off location to meet our moving crew and direct them as to where the items should be going. We will finish only when you are completely satisfied with our delivery!
  • Follow-up: We will get in touch with you following the move to see how everything went and to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our services!
